German car manufacturer introduced new-generation Beetle models.

The new Beetle will be introduced at the Shanghai Motor Show and will be marketed since 2012.

New Volkswagen New Beetle 2012 will be equipped with the new TSI engine and 2.0-liter TDI whose performance varies depending on the auto market that will be sold.

In Europe, the new Volkswagen Beetle 2012 will be equipped with 1.2-liter TDI engine that develops 105 CP or 1.4-liter TDI engine that produces 160 CP, or a 2.0 liter TSI engine producing 200 CP. Customers who prefer diesel can choose one of two 1.6 liter TDI engine that develops 105 CP and 140 CP respectively.

New Volkswagen Bulli was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show.

Volkswagen Bulli has 6 seats (3 + 3) powered by an electric motor 85 kw (115 CP and 260 Nm of torque) connected a set of 40 kilowatt lithium ion batteries located under the floor. This chassis allows the new Volkswagen Bulli have a theoretical range of 300 km and acceleration from 0-100 km / h as is done in 11.5 seconds.

Measuring 3.99 m long, 1.75 m wide, 1.70 m in height and with a wheelbase of 2.62, the new Volkswagen Bulli, which weighs 1.450 kg, is slightly longer than the Golf and reaches a top speed of 140 km / h.

Italdesign Giugiaro has prepared for the Geneva Motor Show 2011 two concepts that marks the integration of the well known Italian design studio in the Volkswagen Group.

German manufacturer Volkswagen has announced it will present at the Geneva Motor Show a new facelift version of the Tiguan 2012.

The European version of the facelifted Volkswagen Tiguan 2012 will benefit from a series of aesthetic changes to the version meant for the U.S. auto market and three new features added including engine and 2.0-liter TSI engine that develops 210 CP.

Details of the other two engines were not disclosed, but we know that power to all four gasoline engines is between 122 and 210 CP, while diesel engines will produce between 110 and 170 CP.

German manufacturer Volkswagen has announced it will participate in 24-hour race at Nurburgring with a new model called the Volkswagen Golf24.

Volkswagen Golf24 is powered by a turbocharged 2.5-liter 5-cylinder, and has 440 CP and 540 Nm of torque, power is sent to the system of all-wheel-drive traction via a 6-speed transmission with valves positioned behind the wheel.

Volkswagen Golf24 has all the information specific to race cars, namely a wider track, a lower, stiffer suspension, a brake system performance, improved aerodynamics, a massive spoiler and racing seats.

This model belongs to the eighth generation of Golf and will be named blue-e-motion. The most economical Golf of history will have an average consumption of 2.35 liters per 100 km and CO2 emissions of only 75 grams per kilometer.

Future Golf VIII will benefit from many technological elements taken from the XL1 and receive the new concept of hybrid drive train evolved from the concept presented which debuted this year at the Auto Show in Qatar.

Golf economic version will not be so cheap, the model will benefit from the many components of carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
