German manufacturer Audi has launched today officially  A3-tron concept version.

Audi A3 e-tron is electric version of the current A3 Sportback whose engine can develop 136 CP and 270 Nm, with a range of up to 140 kilometers. Audi A3 e-tron can reach from 0-10 km in 11.2 seconds.

Audi A3 e-tron gives drivers running three different ways: normal, efficient and dynamic. For those who choose self-dynamic function is reduced. For those who choose how efficient A3 e-tron provides maximum autonomy of 140 kilometers. Charging the battery is full of nine hours when the load is 230 V and only 4 hours when using a load from a 400 V outlet.

New Volkswagen Bulli was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show.

Volkswagen Bulli has 6 seats (3 + 3) powered by an electric motor 85 kw (115 CP and 260 Nm of torque) connected a set of 40 kilowatt lithium ion batteries located under the floor. This chassis allows the new Volkswagen Bulli have a theoretical range of 300 km and acceleration from 0-100 km / h as is done in 11.5 seconds.

Measuring 3.99 m long, 1.75 m wide, 1.70 m in height and with a wheelbase of 2.62, the new Volkswagen Bulli, which weighs 1.450 kg, is slightly longer than the Golf and reaches a top speed of 140 km / h.

Honda Manufacturer has announced that the Honda Jazz EV will be officially presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

Honda Jazz EV is a vehicle powered by a battery pack and that is a preview version in terms of design of Jazz production EV due to be launched in Japan in 2012.

Designed metropolitan areas, the new Honda Jazz EV has the same configuration with five seats as the current model and has a range of 160 km. To optimize battery consumption, the new Honda Jazz concept EV has a range of driver assistance systems.

Nissan has released the first photos of the new electric model called the Nissan ESFLOW.

Nissan ESFLOW concept is an electric vehicle with sports rear wheel drive two-seater is powered by two electric motors connected to a set of lithium ion batteries located under the floor to obtain an optimal distribution of weight.

Nissan ESFLOW dramatic new design is reflected in its performance, acceleration from 0-100 km / h expects to achieve in less than five seconds, and self-concept power is 240 km.

Volkswagen introduced the XL1 hybrid concept car at the auto show in Qatar, shorter than a Polo car – but very low – able to consume 0.9 liters per 100 km. The car has a diesel engine of 48 hp and 27 hp electric one and is third in the series concept cars consuming a liter/100 km. Such a concept was first brought in 2002 and second in 2009. XL1 is not destined for production, but it is a clear sign that the technology will be used for economic versions of Volkswagens.

XL1 is 3.88 meters long, being shorter than a Polo, but ground clearance is lower than a Lamborghini. The concept has a 48 horsepower diesel engine and an electric 20 kW (27 hp) that are extremely effective as mixt consumption: 0.9 litres/100 km.

Mitsubishi will launch a SUV in 2013 with plug-in hybrid technology. The model will be the series version of PX-MiEV concept, exposed at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2009, said Yoshikazu Nakamura, in an interview for Automotive News. The hybrid SUV proposed by the Japanese house will measure approximately 450cm in length and will have AWD.

The model will be powered by a 1.6 liter gasoline engine combined with two electric engines. PX-MiEV series version will only run 50 km with electric units. The car will be sold in countries such as China, India and Brazil. Thereafter, the hybrid technology will debut on next-generation of Mitsubishi Lancer.

Chevrolet Volt is the Car of the Year 2011 in Automobile Magazine. The award was presented by Joel Ewanick, Vice President of Marketing GM USA, on Wednesday, at the International Motor Show in Los Angeles.
