French manufacturer Peugeot has brought some changes to the design of the Peugeot 308 model. The new look of the line 308 will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, but the first images of models in this series have been released by the French manufacturer.

Modifications have affected both its hatchback model`s 308, and SW and CC versions. More specifically, the French gave up the famous “smile” which debuted a few years ago on the model 407 and have replaced him with a front end inspired by the appearance of the newest model in the range, Peugeot 508.

Peugeot 308 has received a set of daily position lights with LEDs, a completely changed front grille, new lamp units, a modified hood, and a redesigned front bumper. The result is a reduction of 25 kilograms of the front.

Peugeot has created an organic version of 308, who receive e-HDi microhybrid system. This version is equipped with a 1.6 HDi 110 CP engine, stop-start system and a battery regeneration system. CO2 emissions are now 98 grams per kilometer. All versions come standard with air conditioning, ESP and electric windows.
