Honda S2000 with aspirated engine

So far I have not seen a S2000 which enjoy a growing power, without having mounted a turbocharging system. Whether you received a S2000 turbo or compressor, rather these were the two ways of increasing power nebunaticului Japanese. It seems that the J’s Racing took another approach and kept the S2000′s engine sucked, as did the factory … Approx.

J’s Racing Honda is a fairly new tuner. Side by side with Mugen or Spoon, J’s people from radically change Japanese cars, but did not fall into “sin” over-supply.

Most of the J’s have chosen to modify the 2-liter engine Honda S2000 something different. They have changed the engine and turned it into a new one that is code named F24C. As the name indicates, an engine cylinder capacity has now increased to 2.4 liters. That is the original engine was boring and installed a kit Toda Racing. The tuning kit consists among others of high compression pistons, connecting rods and other vibrochen November.

Camshafts are also custom, all of the Toda and the cylinder head was also adapted for the new engine. Obviously, a new electronic MoTec M400 has been set for the engine running as it should. Little more aesthetic enhancements, such as carbon intake manifold, but also the brand J’s exhaust completes the picture.

The result of this naturally aspirated? From 240 to 350 hp at 8000 rpm. Perhaps the most powerful 4-cylinder aspirated engine developed recently. The cost of such changes reach around EUR 10,000. That’s because the engine kit only costs 7,400 Euro Toda manifold carbon so only 920 Euro. May we labor, other small pieces and settings … and we definitely magic number 10,000. But when you put the stain on a Honda … money no longer have value. For this there is MasterCard.
